In my role as HR Manager for a large teacher supply agency I need to get information about available jobs to as many teachers as possible in the shortest possible time. In the past, I would leave voicemails or write emails and wait for people to check their computer or phone. Not only could this process take up hours of my time but it would also often result in us losing bookings as we were not able to give schools a quick answer.
However, since using Zygo 18 months ago this process has been completely revolutionised. Sending a text from the Zygo website means that I can contact everyone that I need to speak to in the 30 seconds or so that it takes to write a text. It has given me the freedom to develop projects I never thought I would have the time for. It has been a real hit with the teachers in the agency too as it is so much easier and cheaper for them to reply to me by text rather than call me or using the school internet. Using Zygo has had a massive impact on my working day. I honestly can't imagine how I got anything done without it.
